Cutting Boards: *Never, ever, put cutting boards in the dishwasher!* Hand wash only! Dry after washing. End-Grain Cutting Boards have been shown to kill bacteria much more effectively than other styles of cutting boards. Washing after every use is not necessary, depending on fats, oils, foods, etc. If the board looks disgusting, give it a quick wash.
Re-oil and condition every 1-3 months depending on use. I personally use Walrus Oil (https://walrusoil.com/products/cutting-board-oil) on all of my cutting boards. A little goes a long way, rub the oil into the wood and let sit overnight. Wipe the excess away in the morning and you're good to go.
